Congratulations ….. This Optimist Club bike program is a wonderful thing!! There must be lots of very happy children and others in the Greater Victoria area who have been recipients of the club’s generosity. Kudos to this Bike Repairman Extraordinaire — to give his time so freely and also his garage, by the look of it!!
