A winning approach to home service business

Meeting Erik from Accent Garage Door was inspiring and a relief. He was able to come on a Sunday at 9 am, the day after we found our garage door wouldn’t open. His excellent yellow pages ad, and the attention to detail when we talked on the phone, let alone to repairing the problem promptly was refreshing and helpful. His willingness to educate me on preventative maintenance was much appreciated.
